This week I am doing an elevator pitch on my business app! My app is called KEY. It opens a car door from your phone. Many have trouble getting into their car because they can't find their car keys. KEY can get you into your car at the click of a button. KEY is an easy efficient solution to lost keys or key jams.
First off, I REALLY liked the fact that you had smooth background music. It helps make things not too weird. Also, I really like how you interacted with your phone. The only thing I would say is that I sensed your nervousness, which is okay because with time, these things will lessen. I think having an app that opens a key to people's doors will be awesome, but for some reason, it almost feels like it's been done. I'm not sure.
Feel free to check out mine if you have time. http://laurenent3003.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-1.html
Hi Andrea, I like where your thought process is with this technology. It would be really amazing to be able to use your phone to access your car. Who does not have a phone these days? Almost everyone does. My concern and reason why I would not want this app is that if I lose my phone, I lose my car. For me that convenience is not worth the risk. Lastly, Lauren mentioned your nervousness. I get the jitters when the camera is on too or when I have to give a speech. It does subside over time. Good luck with your project!

Hey Andrea. I think that’s an awesome idea for a company. I’ve always loved the idea of using existing technologies to make simple things like carrying your keys around easier. I’ve been looking for an app like this for a while but could never find one that didn’t require a bunch of mods to my car and stuff. Great job, I hope it works out.
Hey Andrea this a good idea but I think this already exist in newer model vehicle. You had a pretty good pitch but I wish you spoke all bit louder and create a problem where we can all relate to and make us want to need this app. You have to sell it to us instead of just telling us how to buy. I did not complete my pitch but you can still check out my blog at
